Promoting the economic self-sufficiency of people with mild cognitive disabilities: this is the goal of the “Eureka” contest, launched in July 2018 by the Museum of Saving, LA STAMPA – Specchio dei Tempi Foundation and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center.
A competition of ideas aimed at anyone wishing to develop an innovative project to ensure, through the use of new technologies and the creation of financial education activities, greater economic autonomy for people with limited mental ability aged between 6 and 99 years.
Delivered by November 15, 2018, the proposals received were evaluated by a commission of experts – Matteo Migheli (Professor of Economics, University of Turin), Benedetto Vitiello (Director of the Regina Margherita Department of Child Neuropsychiatry) and Paolo Giovine (Conversa Srl) – according to the technical feasibility criteria of the proposal, consistency of the theme, originality, completeness and effectiveness of the presentation:

Winners were awarded on January 28 at the Museum of Saving in the presence of Gian Maria Gros-Pietro (Chairman of Intesa Sanpaolo), Lodovico Passerin d’Entrèves (Chairman of LA STAMPA-Specchio dei Tempi Foundation), Maurizio Molinari (Director of La Stampa) and Maurizio Montagnese (Chairman of Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center), and will receive a first prize of 10,000 euros, a second prize of 7,000 euros and a third prize of 3,000 euros.
