Any concerns or suspicions regarding child protection must be reported immediately to the Director of the Museum who, having consulted the legal office, will eventually send a report to the competent authorities.
Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the reporting and investigation process, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the child.
8. **Protection of Personal Data**
The privacy policy of Intesa Sanpaolo’s (the owner of the Museum of Savings) is fully applicable to the protection of minors. Additionally, the following rules apply for the correct handling of data concerning minors:

iii) Data necessity: The data collected, including images, must be limited to what is strictly necessary for the successful completion of specific activities or projects. Their use must therefore be limited to the duration and purpose of the specific activity.
