Financial education? Let’s learn with LEGO!
Kick off of the new project promoted by the Museum of Saving and Fondazione per l’Educazione Finanziaria e al Risparmio (FEduF) together with Luciano Canova, economist, university professor and Lego Serious Play certified trainer.
The LEGONOMIA project makes use of LEGO as an educational tool to bring children and their families closer to some economic and financial contents, in a simple and fun way. Thanks to the renowned bricks children will understand concepts like inflation, GNP and effects of climate change.
The initiative is designed for children up to 12 years, who will take part in the activity with their parents, turning this moment into an opportunity for mutual learning that can also be replicated at home.
The first online lab on prices and inflation is available HERE.
Covid permitting, further appointments will be conducted in presence at the Museum of Saving by Luciano Canova, by applying game-based learning and scientific divulgation techniques.
The expected date are September 27 and October 25, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Places are limited and pre-registration is open by sending an email to INFO@museodelrisparmio.it.
