NEXT-LAND project: ready to go!

From September 14 to October 9 we will host 17 middle school classes in the framework of the NEXT-LAND project, of which the Museum is a partner.

NEXT-LAND is a two-year training focused on STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) aimed at middle school students coming from the Turin districts of Aurora, Barriera di Milano and Lucento.

The initiative, conceived by the association Next-Level and supported by Fondazione Vodafone Italia, Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT, Chamber of Commerce of Turin, aims at spreading an innovative teaching experience, involving universities and museums.

The Museum of Saving, in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino, designed the new educational lab “INFO-MANIA. Choose the right information!“, which will include an exciting team game at the Museum and some online simulations on a dedicated web page.

The aim of the activity is to make students reflect on the importance of verifying the reliability of information, being this skill essential to protect ourselves in our consumption and personal finance decisions.
