Social engineering. Hacker psychology – HIGH SCHOOLS

On the occasion of Cybersecurity Month, on Wednesday 22 October at 11:00 a.m., the Museum of Saving organizes an event aimed at high school students, dedicated to exploring the psychological mechanisms and mental conditioning that increase our vulnerability to online scams.

The social engineering techniques used by malicious actors are countless and constantly evolving. By manipulating human psychology, they enable unauthorized access to confidential information, with potentially significant economic repercussions.

With the special participation of:

Silvia F. M. Pizzoli, Psychologist and Psychotherapist, Ph.D. – Tenure Track Researcher – LAHTI – Laboratory for Advanced Human-Technology Interaction – Department of Psychology and Health Sciences, Pegaso University – Faculty of Psychology, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

Mauro Marigliano,  Cybersecurity Division, Intesa Sanpaolo
