Did you know that turnip leaves and celery stalks can be eaten? Many overlooked parts of vegetables and herbs can bring flavor and vibrancy to your meals.
Each session includes as welcome introduction by the Museum of Saving, a brief presentation on the topic and live recipe demonstrations and expert explanations.
Participation is free, but registration is required via the forms next to each date.
Registered attendees can visit the Museum of Saving before the event if they wish.
