On Thursday, 24 September, at 5:00 p.m., the Museum of Saving is pleased to invite school principals and teachers from Italian schools of all levels to the Virtual Open Day “Tomorrow’s Citizens: Educating for Economic Choices.” During the event, the Museum will present its new educational program, available both in person and online.

Financial education is not just about “making ends meet”; it is a tool for freedom. It gives children and youngsters the skills they need to manage resources critically, reducing anxiety about the future and helping them achieve their goals.

But how can we pass these values on to children and young people, guiding them towards responsible and informed choices, both personally and collectively?

To address these questions and take stock of financial education in schools, the Museum of Saving invites teachers from all school levels to this special online event.

With the special participation of Carmela Aprea, Professor of Business and Economic Education at the University of Mannheim; Director of the Mannheim Institute for Financial Education; and Research Fellow at the G53 Financial Literacy and Personal Finance Research Network.
