As part of the collaboration project between the Museum of Saving and MOIGE, on Wednesday, March 11 at 6:00 pm the fourth online event of the series “Parents and children: facing together the challenges of our time” will take place, entitled “Social media, apps and stolen time”.

The massive use of digital devices, compulsive scrolling on social media, and constant exposure to screens are drastically reducing the ability to concentrate, especially among the younger generations.
Human attention is thus turning into a scarce resource, to the point of having become a precious commodity for companies and for marketing. How can this phenomenon be contained, considering that it negatively affects learning, psychological well-being, and social relationships?

5th MEETING: April 15, 6:00 pm
To do or not to do? How to encourage young people to turn uncertainty into an opportunity for personal growth
Adolescence is often characterized by emotional fragility and a need for support: a period of deep conflict between the desire to become independent and, at the same time, the search for approval and consensus.
This meeting will focus on how to deal with uncertainty with children and adolescents, in order to encourage independence and confidence in their own abilities.
