DEBT: A TOOL TO BE USED CONSCIOUSLY

The Museum of Saving continues its commitment to promoting the financial inclusion of the most vulnerable groups by launching the new educational module “Debt: a Tool to Be Used Consciously.”

Through engaging and interactive methods, the module illustrates the proper relationship between saving and debt and the reasons behind responsible borrowing. The characteristics of loans are explained, the main types are presented, and the risks associated with borrowing choices and inadequate debt management are highlighted, with particular attention to the causes, consequences, and possible solutions to over-indebtedness, as well as to the phenomenon of usury.

The module concludes with a description of the financial planning process, a useful tool for achieving one’s economic goals in the most efficient and effective way.

Who is it for?

Third-sector associations working with vulnerable groups; CPIA (Adult Education Centers); other organizations or groups interested in gaining a deeper understanding of debt dynamics.

How to participate

The module consists of a single 2-hour session held at the Museum of Saving.

It can be activated for groups of at least 10 participants.

Date and time must be arranged by writing to INFO@museodelrisparmio.it.
