The Museum of Saving (MdR) is participating in the Collega-menti Festival, organized by the University of Udine, with the workshops “How Much Do Desires Cost” and “It’s Your Turn!”.

Saturday, October 4 — 10:00 AM & 11:30 AM
How Much Do Desires Cost (for children ages 6–9)
Using crosswords, quizzes, drawings, and creativity, you and your children will explore the topic of prices and how to recognize and use different currencies. With the fun “Good Saver Test,” the youngest participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their attitude toward money management. Afterwards, kids will solve a Savings Crossword and make a cardboard piggy bank.

Sunday, October 5 — 10:00 AM & 11:30 AM
It’s Your Turn! (for kids ages 10–14)
In this educational workshop, participants will learn the basics of planning and personal finance through three key phases: reflect on the meaning of saving; take part in a role-playing game where you act as a travel agent planning a dream vacation for a pair of friends; understand how unexpected events can affect the amount of money you have available.
